IRON MAN 2 !!

Haha, I just came home from watching Iron Man 2 with friends. The movie was great, even though I hadn't watched the first movie at all. I was pretty much able to follow it.
Oh, and a tip for those who are about to watch it: Stay till after the credits!! There is an extra scene, and it caused a lot of excitement among the audience.

So, with that, I'd like to say...

今日は、ライッザとチャべりとシュガーハウスに行った～
Today Raizza, Chabeli and I went to Sugarhouse.

It was a bit of a walk, but it wasn't that far at all, perhaps 5 minutes? I immediately ordered my favorite cake, Lemon Torte--I was lucky because there was a 10% discount on it, since it was the cake of the month. (^o^)/

おいしかったです！！甘すぎ～！♪　
It was delicious! So sweet~! ♪

I haven't eaten lemon torte in a very long while. (>_<) I should really watch out for my sweet intake though!

Recently, I've been slacking off in studying Japanese... In the words of Sanada Genichirou-- たるんどる!

I'm back!

Haha, I'm back to plain old English for a while. Blogging in Japanese is tiring!

Work has been fun so far, and Japanese is starting to make a little more sense for me. It's been the same routine, going to work, commuting back to school, and then going home and studying. (Okay, so I'm still working on that last bit.)

I hung out at the Japanese Studies Department after class today. They've got this BIG shipment of manga (in original Japanese, duh), and they're all food manga!!

It's enough to make you hungry just by looking at them. (笑) I've been trying my best to read some of them, and so far it's been good, though my head tends to hurt afterward.(笑)

In other news, I've written something in my other blog, Zero-to-One. The URL is going to be difficult to advertise--it's going to sound like numbers. (笑) To think that it's going to be filled with lines upon lines of whatever my mind comes up with!

If you like, while I have only one entry up on it, I can still make a different blog URL that's easier to remember and say. (笑) Tell me in a comment! Any suggestions (provided that they are free of ridicule and are creative) will be considered. (笑)

Oh, and do tell me what you think there too. I've never really shown anyone what I've written in this kind of style (songs/poems/whatnot) so honestly, I'm very nervous. (笑)

Japanese practice -日本語 練習

昨日は、あまり働かなかった。（笑）
今日は、忙しい！Greenbeltに行きました！

暑い！！後で、電車で大学へ行きました。

I tried. （笑）In any case, we interns had to go to Makati Ave on an emergency errand. The office kept calling me on my cell phone to check on us, I think because of nerves that we wouldn't make it in time. Thankfully, we did, and I'm glad for it. Though there was a bit of a panic when I realized that the money the agency gave me for the errand was sort by nearly a thousand pesos--thankfully it was all cleared up and it wasn't much trouble. However, I got slightly lost in the Makati area thanks to some confusing directions from my fellow intern Raizza, but in the end I managed to reach the train station and take the train back to campus, and in time for class too. I still feel very rusty in the language and so I need to practice. Forgive me if you're able to spot any kind of mistake--I'm still learning!!

Bus hassle...

Earlier today, I commuted back to the university in order to attend my Advanced Japanese class. I left the office at exactly 2:00, but as I turned the corner to the bus stop, the bus had finished loading, and I missed it. Fail. (笑)

I had to wait longer for another bus, and then I took the train to Cubao where my mother was waiting. I ended up being late for class since the bus had gotten caught in traffic and, well, that did eat up quite an amount of time.

I should probably leave the office 15 minutes earlier. (>o<) Also, I didn't get any work to do today. (>_<)

On a side note, I am actually looking forward to learning more Japanese. We're reviewing past lessons now, and we officially start learning new lessons come Thursday. I've got to study my ass off for this in order to catch up--I'm probably the one with the least knowledge in the class.

I'm sorry for the lack of photos--I will come out with some soon! And I need to post those pizzas we made at Ochibi's house last Saturday. (>_<)

extremely tired

I know my mother only wants the best for me but this has gone too far. I'm honestly very tired of her attitude and I'm tired of having to argue with her. For one thing she did not have the right to look at my text messages, especially without my permission and without any good reason. And now she's raised hell about it.

I'm tired, angry and I am not ready for tomorrow.

Go and die in a fire, world. (>_<)

First day at work! (笑)

Sorry, I don't have photos today. (笑)

I am very, very blessed for having this opportunity. My friend Raizza was able to get me into the company she is interning at this summer! Now, we are working right next to each other, along with another fellow intern and friend, Chabeli. (>_<)

Apparently, ever since I came to work, they have been a lot more lively and unfocused than they normally were. I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing. (笑)

I had a wonderful time at the workplace, even though I was kept quite busy with all the tasks heaped on to me. I got through it; Raiz and Chabeli helped out since they were free anyway.

I'm worried about tomorrow--I have to register and finish enrolling for class, and also go to work! I will be a little late, but ideally I should be there by 10am, 11am if necessary. I can only hope that the commute will not be as great a hassle as I believe it to be.

I will try to take some photos at work next time! If it's not too unprofessional, that is. (笑)

Driver's license!! (笑)

I've got my driver's license at last ♪ (笑)

I don't want anyone to see my face on the license. (笑)And as you can see, I distorted my name.

I'm paranoid. (笑)

But I'm glad I finally got it! I had already passed the written exam last Wednesday, so all I had to do was pass the practical exam. Thankfully, it wasn't so difficult, and all my practice paid off.

I look forward to controlling the car better!!

Holy Week has concluded!

The last couple of days have been filled with lots of food!! (笑)

On a random note, my return to the internet was less than pleasant.
As most of you may not have known, I got an F in Theology, aka Fr Dacanay's class. So, obviously, I'm risking getting some privileges taken away from me; one of those privileges being free use of my laptop.
I don't know exactly how to negotiate my way out of it; either way, I give up something distinctly important to me. My mother is actually implying that I give up my social life, i.e. I don't go out anymore, I go straight home and study all the way till I graduate. Which, of course, is a very unfair thing. (>_<)

I can probably try my best to get out of it by officially adopting a study habit of studying for two hours every time I get home. And maybe keeping my room clean and organized.

I hope things will be fine. (T_T)
